* ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY* Bid Submissions and Bid Closing Times: Bidders are advised that this bid requires a two-part submission closing. The following outlines the requirements and submittals for the Bid Closing – #2021-AL84-114-Part One and Bid Closing – #2021-AL84-114-Part Two. Bid Submission - #2021-AL84-114-Part One: Bidders are advised that Bid Submission for Part One must be submitted electronically on or before the bid submission deadline, 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 11, 2021. Failure to provide all of the required submittals - #2021-AL84-114-Part One at the time of closing will cause the submission to be rejected. Bid Submission – #2021-AL84-114-Part Two: Bidders are advised that Bid Submission for Part Two must be submitted electronically on or before the bid submission deadline, 11:00 AM, Friday, February 12, 2021. Bid Submissions for Part Two will only be accepted from the bidders who successfully submitted Bid Submission for Part One. Proponents will receive an invitational email with respect to said submission. Results will be publicly available following the closing of Part Two. Failure to provide all of the required submittals for Part Two at the time of closing will cause the submission to be rejected. For a Bid submission to be acceptable, both Bid Submission #2021-AL84-114-Part One and Bid Submission #2021-AL84-114-Part Two must be received and submitted accordingly. Only Pre-qualified General Contractors in attendance of the Mandatory Pre-Bid/Site Meeting will be permitted to Bid. This list is published in the Notice of Project outlined below: APPENDIX
