Description of Procurement:The LKDSB intends to establish a five-year agreement with a consultant for the provision of Schoolyard and Playground Design Services.
Conditions for Participation:

Respondents must be an Ontario Business in accordance with the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act (BOBIA), as defined in Ontario Regulation 422/23. 

Respondents are required to be qualified and maintain a qualified status, as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program.
