Lambton Kent District School Board 200 Wellington Street Sarnia, Ontario N7T 7L2 Notification of Project
1.0 This notification is provided to inform and advise that services for Building Envelope Repairs at Errol Road Public School is being requested by the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) and a bid is forthcoming. This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents. Project Title: Errol Road Public School Envelope Repairs Project No.: 2025-3-218
Project Location: 989 Errol Road East, Sarnia
Project Description/Scope of Work: The Intent of this Request for Bid is to obtain bids to repair the building envelope as outlined on the scope of services. Conditions for Participation: Potential bidders must be qualified as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding procedure. For additional details regarding this process, email the Buyer identified herein. Bid Schedule: Planned issue: March 21, 2025 Planned Submission deadline: April 14, 2025 Project start date: July 1, 2025. The Purchaser may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, without liability, cost, or penalty, and within its sole discretion. The Project may be subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other applicable agreements.
