Notification of Project
1.0 This notification is provided to inform and advise that the Structural Reinforcing Project Phase 2 at Alexander Mackenzie Secondary School is being requested by the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is forthcoming. This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents.
Project Title: Alexander Mackenzie Secondary School Structural Reinforcing Phase 2 Project No.: 2024-11-188
Project Location: 1257 Michigan Avenue, Sarnia
Project Description/Scope of Work: The Intent of this Request for Bid is to obtain bids to complete the Structural Reinforcing Phase 2 as outlined on the scope of services. Conditions for Participation: Potential bidders must be qualified as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding procedure. For additional details regarding this process, email the Buyer identified herein. Bid Schedule: Planned issue: March 6, 2025 Planned Submission deadline: April 3,2025 Project start date: July 2, 2025. The Purchaser may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, without liability, cost, or penalty, and within its sole discretion. The Project may be subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other applicable agreements.
