The Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) will be initiating a Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) for General Contractors that can safely construct Blue Coast District School, to be located at 6314 Townsend Line, Forest, Ontario, in a timely, cost-effective manner while insuring the utmost in craftsmanship.

All General Contractors that want to be considered for this project shall submit a response to this RFSQ, regardless of whether the General Contractor has been approved previously by the LKDSB Contractor Qualification Process.

Regulatory Requirements:              

 This Project is subject to the following trade agreements:

• Canada-European Union Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement
• Canadian Free Trade Agreement
• Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership   

The submissions must be completed in the English language.

Conditions of Participation:

Province of Ontario Procurement Restriction Policy:
Respondents that have a head office in the United States and less than 250 full-time employees in Canada will be disqualified, in accordance with the Province of Ontario Procurement Restriction Policy. 

RFSQ Documents will be made available at lkdsb.bidsandtenders.ca on the date the RFSQ is published.
