Notification of Project
1.0 This notification is provided to inform and advise that the design, installation and maintenance for the replacement of the telephone system Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) locations is forthcoming. This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents.
Project Title: Telephone System Replacement Design, Install and Maintain Project No.: 2024-7-164
Project Location: Applies to all 60+ LKDSB locations
Project Description/Scope of Work: The Intent of this Request for Bid is to obtain bids to complete the design, installation and maintenance of a new telephone system as outlined on the corresponding documents. 2.0 Tendering Schedule: Planned issue: July 31, 2024 Planned Submission deadline: September 13, 2024 Project start date: As agreed by the Board. The Purchaser may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, without liability, cost, or penalty, and within its sole discretion. The Project is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other applicable agreements. |
