Conditions for Participation:

Bidders must be an Ontario Business in accordance with the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act (BOBIA), as defined in Ontario Regulation 422/23.

Bidders are required to be qualified and maintain a qualified status, as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program.
