* ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY* Supply and delivery of Student Photography Services as outlined in RFP documents enclosed. The Term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) school years (starting 2021-22), with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the Term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional periods of up to two (2) school years each. Proponents MUST be Pre-qualified - please read the following carefully Contractors performing work on Board property must complete the Prequalified Contractor Program. Contractors who cannot meet the minimum requirements of this program will not be approved for addition to our “Prequalified Contractor” list and will not be considered for contract award. If you are not currently prequalified Download our LKDSB-SCCDSB Contractor Prequalification Application. The application must be completed and submitted to purchasing@lkdsb.net prior to the submission deadline for review and determination of prequalification status. Once evaluation of prequalification application is complete you will be notified accordingly.
