Respondents must be an Ontario Business in accordance with the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act (BOBIA), as defined in Ontario Regulation 422/23. 

Respondents are required to be qualified and maintain a qualified status, as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program. Respondents that are not currently qualified under this program should email purchasing@lkdsb.net to receive a link to the Program.
