Notification of Project
1.0 This notification is provided to inform and advise that the HVAC Upgrades, Elevator Addition, Storm Sewer Investigation and Dust Collector Replacement project at Northern Collegiate Institute and Vocational School is being requested by the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is forthcoming. This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents.
Project Title: HVAC Upgrades, Elevator Addition, Storm Sewer Investigation and Dust Collector Replacement Project No.: 2024-11-191
Project Location: 940 Michigan Avenue, Sarnia
Project Description/Scope of Work: The Intent of this Request for Bid is to obtain bids to complete the HVAC Upgrades, Elevator Addition, Storm Sewer Investigation and Dust Collector Replacement as outlined on the bid documentation Conditions for Participation: Potential bidders must be qualified as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding procedure. For additional details regarding this process, email the Buyer identified herein. Bidding Schedule: Planned issue: January 28, 2025 Project start date: As agreed by the Board. The Purchaser may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, without liability, cost, or penalty, and within its sole discretion. The Project may be subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other applicable agreements. |
