Notification of Planned Procurement (NPP)

Procurement No:	2026-7-416
Title:	Stage Drape Cleaning and Treatment
Location:	Various LKDSB Locations; currently,23 schools have stage drapes, although this number is subject to change.
Description of Procurement:	The LKDSB intends to procure stage drape cleaning and treatment services through a five (5) year agreement to support consistent service delivery and the on-going maintenance of stage drapes.
Conditions for Participation:	In accordance with the Building Ontario Procurement Directive effective April 13, 2026, this RFQ is open to Ontario businesses only. “Ontario businesses” means a supplier, manufacturer or distributor of any business structure that conducts its activities on a permanent basis in Ontario, and has either: Its headquarters or main office in Ontario; or At least 250 full-time employees in Ontario at the time of the applicable procurement process. Bidders are required to be qualified and maintain a qualified status, as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program.
