Notification of Planned Procurement (NPP)

Title:	Schoolyard Crosswalk Markings
Location:	Various LKDSB Location upon request
Description of Procurement:	LKDSB is looking to put a three (3) year Agreement in place for customized thermoplastic markings for crosswalks to support school initiatives.
Conditions for Participation:	In accordance with the Buy Ontario Procurement Directive effective April 13,2026, this RFQ is open to Canadian businesses only. “Ontario business” means a supplier, manufacturer or distributor of any business structure that conducts its activities on a permanent basis in Ontario. The business either: has its headquarters or main office in any province or territory within Ontario, or has at least 250 full-time employees in any one province or territory within Ontario at the time of the applicable procurement process. The Respondent must be qualified and maintain their qualification status in accordance with the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program, effective July 8, 2024. All materials must be procured in accordance with Ontario’s procurement directives, with priority given to Canadian-manufactured products.
